Husbands wives are working Essay The study I am reviewing is Do Husbands contribute more to domestic tasks when their wives are working? This study has been researched and concluded by S. Bond. As the title suggests, this study tries to quantify the correlation between families where both partners work, compared to stay at home wives with working husbands. There have been numerous studies carried out in the area of conjugal roles in the home by sociologists such as Young Wilmot, Oakley and Martin Roberts. The writer uses information collected in the Social Trends Survey 1991 to ascertain if the new man role is still evident. Theoretical Context of the Study In this study the writer does not indicate which theoretical context he has used. I believe this study to be based upon the feminist approach, as he frequently makes reference to the roles of men and women. Specific references to the new man in the 1980s and how it did not last, displaying the stereotypical roles of males and females to be true. Methodological Approach and Methods Used The methodical approach used by S. Bond is the Positivist approach as they have used Quantitative data to collect its results. A questionnaire was used allowing the researcher to assemble the statistics that can then be easily quantified. This is possibly the easiest form of gathering information to answer specific questions and giving clear answers. The researcher has established their conclusions by using this source and produced primary data. The researcher has carried out the questionnaire on a small scale asking 10 cohabiting couples that were friends or parents of friends. It was compiled using questions to gather information on their input roles inside the household, and the time spent fulfilling these roles. As the researcher states in the report this was a quick and cheap option as they were on a limited time scale. Out of the 10 couples used 5 had the females permanently at home while the other 5 female partners worked full time. This was to see if the males in the home shared any more domestic duties as their partners worked the same hours. The questionnaire is made up of closed questions to make it easier for the researcher to turn the information into numerical data. The researcher shows how by using a questionnaire that they are using a form that is confidential and do not require any form of identity such as name or age, as there is an ethical issue in the research. The title of the questionnaire gives a clear idea of what the exact research is about, helping those taking part. The researcher collates the findings in graphs and a table. It gives a clear reading of the results. The researcher would have had to look at what method would give the best validity and reliability. A questionnaire would give the researcher good reliability.

Heart Rate Changes In Different Genders Physical Education Essay This report sets out research based on prior experience and literature carrying out the study of relations between exercise and respiration eventually resulting in variation in pulse rate. In essence the research proposal seeks to understand more about the effect and cause relationship to come out with precise results. The report details the methodological issues connected with the research and it explores the choices and assumptions necessary in planning the research. The aim of the study was to see the effect of age and gender on pulse rate variation in response to exercise. For this investigation we made sure the practical is safe because we would not do things that would affect people and also we would not be dangerous to others. We needed to use pulse-meter to check pulse rate down every finding. In our research it was expected that the pulse rate would increase during the time of exercise and also the breathing rate would be faster than normal and that gender and age would affe ct the pulse rate of people. The weights (dumbles) were given to the subjects to use for five minute and one of us assisted them to make sure they used the weights properly. The pulse rate was noted down before the experiment with the help of pulse meter and was recorded again after carrying out the five minute round of exercise with the weights. The ages and gender were also noted. The results of the experiment proved that the pulse rate increased by a substantial amount after the exercise had been completed and that females had a higher pulse rate than men. Moreover, it was seen that age mens ages increase, their pulse rate increases and there was no correlation between females ages and their pulse rates. This experiment tests the effects of age, gender and exercise on pulseà rate. Pulse rate represents the beating of the heart, specifically theà ejection of blood from the left ventricle to the general circulation of the body.à Before the start of exercise, your pre-exercise heart rate usuallyà risesà above normal, and this is called an anticipatory response. Duringà exercise, respiration increases based on the amount of activity beingà done. When exercise is being completed, there is an increased demandà for gas exchange, due to the circulatory system being under continuousà stress. Oxygen consumption increases rapidly, as well as carbon dioxideà production.à Regular exercise also produces changes in circulation. The blood flowà to working muscles increase, and this means that more oxygen andà energy can be delivered to the muscle cells. Blood volume and theà number of red blood cells also increase with this large flow, andà oxygenà levels rise conside rably.à In our experiment we have decided to test a type of exercise;à use of weight (dumbles). This will affect various parts of the body and is designedà toà build up stamina and keep a regular heart beat. Objective This experiment aims to discover how exercise canà affect the pulse rate of any given individual by testing their pulseà rate after different amounts of exercise and how gender and age affects the pulse rate. Literature Review Research has shown that the pulse rate of men is slower than the pulse rate for women. Different researches have been conducted on the effect of exercise on the health of human being. The studies were intended to examine the influence of exercise on pulse rate, heart rate and fitness of people. Experts from cardiac health suggest that the best way to keep hearts healthy is a balanced diet, avoiding smoking, and regular exercise. Exercise that is good for your heart elevates your heart rate. The American Heart Association recommends to do exercise that increases your heart rate to between 50 and 75% of your maximum heart rate. They recommend getting at least 30à minutes of exercise on most days of the week (AHA, 2006). The American Heart Association also suggests that pulse rate for woman is considered normal if it is between 70-80 beats per minute. However, pulse rate may be affected by variables such as age, sex, physical fitness, some drugs/medication, genetics and anxiety. A study of (WebMD Medical Reference from Healthwise) revealed that your pulse changes from minute to minute. It will be faster when you exercise, have fever or when you are under stress. It will be slower when you are taking rest. The institute also did an experiment to see the pulse rate difference in males and females. The results of the experiment were that the pulse rate of the females was in fact higher than the male pulse rate by six beats.à The overall female average was 85 beats per minute and the overall for males was 79 beats per minute. Scott Roberts, Ph.D., FACSM, FAACVPR, is an assistant professor in the Department of Physical Education and Exercise Physiology at California State University, Chico. His primary area of expertise is Clinical Exercise Physiology. He has authored and co-authored 10 fitness and exercise science books and over a hundred articles and chapters in books. His studies tell that women have a higher Heart Rate response than men. This response compensates for the lower stroke volumes women have compared to men. The average amount of blood pumped out of the heart per minute is referred to as cardiac output. Another research by the American Journal of hypertension concluded that there was no influence of the exercise on pulse rate, blood pressure level and rates of hypertension of the elderly population of ages 50 and above. But the research showed that regular exercise can develop better health and fitness in the younger population. According to (Silverstein, Alvin Dr., et al, The Circulatory System Canada; Fitzhenrey and Whiteside Ltd.à 1994), age also affects the pulse rate.à The usual pulse rate for a baby embryo is 150 b.p.m. (beats per minute).The average pulse rate of an infant140 b.p.m and 90 b.p.m in seven years old.à A man from 30-40 years old usually has a pulse rate of approximately 72 b.p.m; this differs from 76-80 b.p.m for a woman of the same age.à Elderly people have the lowest of the other age groups, which is around 50-65 b.p.m.à Women usually have higher pulse rates than men.à Another difference among pulse rates is physical activity. Exercising, such as playing sports, speed your pulse rate up and almost double the speed of your heart.à A study from Brigham and Womens Hospital also conveys the message that the human health can be judged by four vital signs which are Pulse rate, Body temperature, Respiration rate and the Blood pressure. All of these signs can be controlled and regulated by doing regular exercise. Like all other researches Texas Heart Institute also came up with a thought that exercise can help your body in many ways. Aside from helping you to keep a healthy body weight, exercise increases your mobility, protects against bone loss, reduces your stress levels and pulse rates, and helps you feel better about yourself. And research has shown that people who exercise are less likely to develop heart disease, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol levels. People of any age or fitness level can benefit from some type of exercise, be it running, walking, ballroom dancing, water aerobics, gardening, or any activity you choose. A study from NEMA (National Emergency Medicine Association) shows that many athletes have pulse rates in the 40 60 range depending on how fit they are. In general a lower pulse rate is good and exercise programs helps doing so. In addition to that declines will be seen in resting heart rate, blood pressure, and stress levels as well. Overall body changes will also be experienced including weight loss and increase of lean body mass. Data Collection The data for our research was obtained through experiment and some secondary sources of information, which included internet articles, journals and books. Population Our target population consisted of males and females living in Lahore. Sample The sample comprises of 1070 people, half males and half females. Instruments The instruments used were two dumbles weighing 5 kg each, a stopwatch and a pulse meter. Procedure: The methodology was based on field Experiment research. 1070 people (half males and half females) were approached in different parks and market areas of Lahore. Convenience sampling was used i.e(willing people were chosen to be a part of the experiment). Their pulse rates were recorded before exercise. They were each asked to use lift two weights of 5 kg each for five minutes. Their pulse rate after the exercise was then recorded using the pulse meter. Their age and gender was recorded. The results were then recorded in SPSS and conclusions were drawn based on the collected results. Reliability The reliability of the instruments was ensured through test-retest method. For test-retest reliability method five males from the sample were chosen. Their pulse rate before exercise was recorded twice after a time interval of two minutes. The results obtained in both the attempts co-related to a high degree (Co-efficient=0.87). Validity The content validity is ensured since the pulse meter is measuring the pulse of a person per minute. Results The results of the experiment are as follows: Descriptives: The results show that the mean values of pulse rate in males are lower than the mean values of the pulse rate in females. This shows that females have a higher pulse rate than men. The results also prove that the pulse rate increases after exercise, as the means of the pulse rates before exercise are lower than the means of the pulse rates after exercise. Oxygen is needed for thisà process; the oxygen is carried in the hemoglobin of the red bloodà cell. The heart and lungs need to work harder in order to get aà greater amount of oxygen to the muscles for respiration. In muscle cells digested food substances are oxidized to release energy. Theseà oxidation reactions are called cellular respiration. When muscles useà oxygen in order to respire the process is called aerobic respiration:à The heart rate rises because during exercise, cell respiration in theà muscles increases, so the level of carbon dioxide in the blood rises.à Carbon dioxide is slightly acid; the brain detects the rising acidityà in the blood, the brain then sends a signal through the nervous systemà to the lungs to breathe faster and deeper. Gaseous exchange in theà lungs increases allowing more oxygen into the circulatory syst em and removing more carbon dioxide. The brain then sends a signal to theà senatorial node to make the heart beat faster. As a result the heartà rate would rise.à The length of exercise isà increased; the number of beats per minute will rise. The number ofà beats per minute rises steadily because the amount of exercise is gradually increased. The heart reacts to this by increasing the numberà of times per minute that it beats so that the muscles have enoughà oxygen and glucose to work with the greater amount of exercise. In a trial the body temperature of theà exerciser will rise. The heat of the body will increase the heartà rate which will adversely affect our results, making them lessà accurate and reliable. We cannot control if the body heats up duringà exercise, only to the extent of using a fan to cool the epidermis ofà the skin which would lower the temperature of the blood, thus reducingà the bodys core temperature. This would then keep the heart ra te at aà more natural level when a sample will be exercising. The intervening variables which may act at the point of time and are hard to calculate may affect the findings but we are trying to minimize the chance of error by taking measures. Although exercise increases pulse rate, age and gender definitely have an impact on it also. We saw that as age in men increases, their pulse rate also increases, whereas in females, there is no correlation between the age and pulse rates. Moreover, the mean values of pulse rates for females are higher than the mean values of pulse rates for men. Uniting the Nation: Everyone Needs a Tattoo à à à à à à à à I think I was sixteen when I first wanted to get a tattoo, but then again I also wanted to get my ear pierced and die my hair blue. Well I'm eighteen now, my hair is red, well the red itââ¬â¢s been since I've had hair and neither of my ears are pierced but I did end up getting that tattoo. In fact I also got him a friend. Now I'm stuck with two of them, but I don't have any regrets, not yet anyway. à à à à à à à à The plan for getting a tattoo was mine and my friend's. We said that on graduation night we'd do it, but I wasn't eighteen yet so we never did. My friendââ¬â¢s desire faded, but mine seemed to stay constant. I always planned on it but never had the bucks or the time. That's what I said atleast. The truth was I never had the nerve. But who can blame me? That's quite the plunge. There is no going back with this one. So I came up with a plan. A plan to make sure I wouldn't back out again. I told a girl. I invited her to come and ogle me while I get my body marked for life. With a chick looking on what am going to do? "No I'm sorry. I decided not to purchase." I don't think so. So I picked her up and we were off to the tattoo parlor. à à à à à à à à We got in and looked around for a good long while. Finally some one came up and asked if he could help us. It was pretty good customer relations for the type of business. I told him that I wanted to get a tattoo, and had a design that I drew up. The day before that same guy gave me an estimation of eighty dollars for my design, so I made sure to mention that so that the price wouldn't rise while he was looking at it. He said okay, and went behind the counter to trace the design on special paper that puts an ink on your skin. When that happens the artist can trace the pattern instead of just doing something free hand. à à à à à à à à My pattern was something very close to me. Something that I thought about long and hard. Though it may seem that the issue of species revival through a means of genetic science is a modern idea, similar arguments throughout the past also hold relevance to the modern issue of genetic species revival. To better understand the issue as it becomes more prevalent, it is important to examen different perspectives that span many centuries time, generating new insight on the issue. Examining different perspectives on the perceived human influences on species extinction vs. natural law and lack of adaptability, and give a determination on the ethical implications to society and ecology from the above arguments and philosophies from each viewpoint. Through these key statements, the arguments on genetic species revival can be effectively argued. The premise of the entire argument for and against genetic species revival rests with either the belief in human influences on species, or natural law. Human influences as a cause for species extinction is a recent idea which author Carl Zimmer gives a his main reason for favoring genetic species revival. ââ¬Å"If weââ¬â¢re talking about species we drove extinct, then I think we have an obligation to try to do thisâ⬠(Zimmer 451). In the authors opinion, human influences trump natural law, which he would consider to be an outdated and non-effective way of looking at how species become extinct. Therefore, because natural law is only a way of looking at how species become extinct, it is not a solution to species extinction. Thus, genetic species revival is the only way which human influences can be combated and the problem of species extinction can be solved. Surprisingly, because of poor product handling, out of all the sales in his sports and design shop, the amount of basketball sports goods sold dropped massively over the past six months. At the time, I happened to assist Mr Smith as he was recording down his sales. Mr Smith was not very clever when it came to using computers. He needed a quite a lot of helping out. Due to the fact that I was one of his best customers, Mr Smith then showed me his most baffling results that he recently found out. The problem was that Mr Smith was pretty old fashioned and used the ancient, long gone manual technology like the typewriter to sort out his business instead of using the modern day computer software and technology such as the word processor and the spreadsheet. Since I was compiling this project, I offered to help him solve this very problem by myself doing a series of analysis on the sales, marketing and systems later on in that very same week. It was a challenge. Mr Smith was very much obliged and gave me his sales report immediately. I also advised him to shape up and use the latest up-to-date, business & industrial technology around him and not use his very old, former technology. Later on at home, as I assessed the report, I took into consideration any possible alternative solutions and objectives of the following concerning a sales analysis, marketing analysis and a system analysis. Completed: 8/11/2012 Due:9/11/2012 Numerous articles appeared in the newspapers about one particular sheep, born in 1996. Her name, as you may have figured out, was Dolly. She was special as she was the first sheep to be cloned entirely by humans. The cloning of this sheep raised a lot of questions. The most important ones being ââ¬Å"why would we do clone a living animalâ⬠and ââ¬Å"can we clone humans tooâ⬠.Of course these questions do not only require a scientific answer, but also an ethical answer as we are talking about living creatures. First of all: how exactly can you clone living organisms? There are three main types of cloning. DNA cloning, reproductive cloning and therapeutic cloning. DNA cloning or recombinant DNA technology is to transfer one piece of DNA into something that can duplicate himself. Bacterial plasmid, viruses and also yeast chromosome s are used for this as they are able to duplicate easily.The DNA fragment containing the gene which is needed is isolated using enzymes, and after that it will be transferred to the bacterial plasmid using once again enzymes. After that the bacterial plasmid starts multiplying, and the outcome will be one certain fragment. Reproductive cloning was how Dolly came to earth: the nucleus of a donor adult cell is placed in an egg cell without nucleus. This cell will then need chemicals or an electric current to stimulate cell division. If it has indeed started dividing it will need to be placed in a uterus where it continues till the animal gives birth.Therapeutic cloning, sometimes referred to as embryo cloning, is the production of human stem cells for use in research. This isn't used at all to create cloned human beings, it's just for the research because Stem cells are quite important. Stem cells aren't specified yet so they can chance into any kind of cell depending on what scientis ts want to research on. Now you may ask what this has to do with the whole ââ¬Å"can we clone humansâ⬠and the ethical and moral issues. Can we clone humans using the DNA cloning? No. But we can use it to create new medicines or vaccines as this method can nly be used for certain parts of DNA and not the whole of it. Reproductive Cloning could, theoretically, be used for cloning humans. In real life however this technique wouldn't be used because it's expensive and has a really low rate of success. There were hundreds of failed clones, several dead fetuses and horribly deformed animals before the scientists had Dolly. Most scientists do not feel that this is good for cloning as it is far to risky and also we do not know a lot about this technique either. Should the parents of the child or teenager, or adults themselves take care of their own clone or would the clone be raised by some sort of company?These are most what if questions and to be quite honest I believe that we shouldn't clone human beings. There are always people who would want to abuse this technology. This abusing can take many forms: people who have access to all information could either sell or keep it, to create a position for themselves which may result in a lot of income inequality. But that isn't the only disadvantages. Imagine that there will be clones, it would surely narrow down the gene diversity which we have created over the years.Excessive cloning could cause a loss of the diversity and therefore we might be less resistant against bacteria, viruses etc. Not only biological but also the ethical questions show that the disadvantages outweigh the benefits. The benefits of cloning (parts of) humans being that we wouldn't need any more donors, or we could do research on organs without having to use humans themselves. The disadvantages are that we would abuse the power once again. If we could clo ne entire humans that would be defying the rights to live freely. She was special as she was the first sheep to be cloned entirely by humans. The cloning of this sheep raised a lot of questions. This cell will then need chemicals or an electric current to stimulate cell division. The Big Change
I was waiting for Nick Mondo, Nick is also a pro wrestler and my favourite opponent and we have been best friends since we were kids. Nick and I had just had a main event spot in Combat Zone Wrestling's main pay per view of the year ââ¬Å"Walk way to Hellâ⬠. CZW is where Nick and I work, Nick and I have been working there for about three years and we were both being paid about $75,000 a year. Nick and I grew up in England and at the age of 18 when we left collage we both moved too Philadelphia in the USA. Walk way to Hellâ⬠is our favourite ppv of the year because that is when we both made our first appearance 3 years ago. Nick was at the hospital ward after getting parts of a light strip in his eye after he hit me with one in our match, I was fine just a few scratches. The match was great but there was one mistake near the end and this mistake is the one, which ended Nick's career. Nick threw me out of the ring and then came out after me, he snap suplexed me on the concrete floor and then went to get a light strip. The fans were screaming and so was the announcer Joey Styles but when Nick brought the light strip back over his head for a big swing, the top of the strip smashed on the turnbuckle and glass flew everywhere, unfortunately for Nick glass flew in his eye and the rest cut a 12 year old fan at ring side. The cut gashed the small boy all down his left cheek and as you can imagine his parents were not happy so they forced to sue CZW, for this Nick Mondo formally know in the ring as Sick Nick Mondo Was given the sack luckily for me I wasn't and the family dropped all charges on the federation. But I wasn't happy Nick and I had grown up together so if he got fired I quit. Eventually at 11:35pm Nick flew in the doors and man he did not look happy, he was as pale as a ghost and had a massive patch over his eye and just by looking at him I could tell he was really pi$$ed off. Nick walked up to me at the bar and said, ââ¬Å"Hey Kid you want a wrestleâ⬠so I replied with a ââ¬Å"hell yeahâ⬠. Ten minuets later I find myself climbing through a window into the CZW arena with Nick giving me a push up onto the window ledge, I got through the window and helped Nick up. While we were walking over too the ring we noticed a cleaner walk through the door ââ¬Å"never mind me lad's carry on with your stuffâ⬠he yelled across the stadium. We walked over too the ring and went through our routine warm up and then the match began. It started off with a few spots; spots are loads of reversal moves done very quickly, then came in the hip-toss's, body slams and other small moves, while we were wrestling we noticed that the cleaner had actually sat down and watched us wrestle. By now the match was going really well loads of moves no stops and I think that match was the best match of my career so far. The match ended when Nick hit a 450 moonsault on me, I just wish someone was filming it because we done some awesome stuff in that match. After the 1 2 3 pin we heard a small applause coming from the back and yes it was the cleaner who had actually sat through the whole match, the cleaner then stood up and walked out without saying a word and we never saw him again. Nick and I then split up and went our separate ways home, food, sleep and wrestling were the only things on our minds when we drove off. Well it was 1:00am and I had to be at training at 10:00am so I went home to bed. Even though I was out off business I still wanted to keep in shape. My alarm clock woke me up at 8:30am, when I say alarm clock what a really mean is my girlfriend. My girlfriend is called Helen she is from New York and is 22 years old, we have been together for 2 years and we are now living in a big house in a very posh estate we have two cars I have a ââ¬Å"Ford Mustang Mash 1â⬠and Helen has a ââ¬Å"Toyota 2000 GTâ⬠. Helen and I went too Steve's Steak House for breakfast, that is where we usually go on weekday morning's for a full English breakfast. After breakfast Helen went to work, she is a lawyer for a big company in the city and in a way is my ââ¬Å"little sugar mamaâ⬠. After Helen goes I go to training at the gym. I arrived at the gym at 10:00am and I saw Nick waiting at the gym gates for me, he told me that he needed to speak to me about last night. We went in to the gym where he asked me if I had picked up his wallet when we left, I told him that the last time I saw it was when he was buying me a pint at the pub before we left. After the gym Nick and I went to the CZW arena to see if the cleaner had found it but when I asked the caretaker he said that all cleaners leave the arena at 5:30pm and that it was impossible that there could be any one in the arena after that time because he was the last person out that night and there was no one there when he locked up. From there Nick and I went on a wallet hunt around the stadium but there was no luck. Yes there is a reason why we were trying to find Nicks wallet and it is because there was two tickets for WRESTLEMAINA 27!! That very night, yes the WWE's biggest ppv of the year on the 21st July 2011 and we had just lost the last tickets. Nick and I then went back to Nick's car but when we got there we realised that Nick's wallet was on the dashboard and that the car was wide open. We both launched our selves into the car too see if the tickets were still there and they were but they weren't our tickets they were front row tickets. We had ringside tickets to wrestlemaina but we didn't no why, and all of Nick's money was still there so somebody had stolen his wallet and upgraded our seats about $200 more. So now we had the tickets we went home to get ready for the big night. When we arrived at the arena we were given V. I. P back stage passes and were sent to Shane McMahon the owner of the WWE. While we were walking to meet Shane I saw the cleaner in the dressing room training up The Rock and that was when I worked it all out. When we arrived at Shane's office we went in and sat down ââ¬Å"good evening gentlemenâ⬠he said ââ¬Å"I hear you are no longer wrestling for CZW, but I have got some business for you two tonightâ⬠. By now Nick and I were on the edges of our seats waiting for him to say it ââ¬Å"would you two boys like to make a surprise attack on The Rock tonight during his steel cage match with Stone Cold Steve Austinâ⬠by then we were both jumping up and down ââ¬Å"YESâ⬠I said ââ¬Å"well then that's that sorted thenâ⬠Shane then shook our hands and walked out. To be truthful I had tears in my eyes and so did Nick we were going to wipe out The Rock and we couldn't wait. We waited nervously backstage for 6 long hours and then it was time for action. We were walked down to ringside with wrestling masks on for disguise and when the blackout started for the cage to be lowered we snuck under the ring. We waited there for 30 minutes and when the referee gave the signal we broke out from under the ring and started to lay into The Rock. The WWE announcers Jim Ross and Jerry king were screaming ââ¬Å"It is Sick Nick Mondo and Crazy Kid from CZW they are helping Stone Coldâ⬠and there he was right in front off us Stone Cold Steve Austin with three cans of Budweiser in his hands he then threw one two me and Nick and in front of 21 thousand screaming fans we drank beer and poured it in The Rocks face. But before I knew it The Rock was on his feet again laying into me with powerful forearms he then spat in the palm of his right hand and by then I realised what was coming to me but I couldn't do anything, The Rock then made a fist and smashed me in the eye with a massive right hook, he then lifted up my right arm and WHAMM he hit me with a Rock Bottom and man it hurt so I laid there in a daze with thick red blood pouring from my eyebrow. After some real brutal wrestling we laid The Rock on a table then Stone Cold came over to me and told me to do a shooting star press leg drop on The Rock through a table of the top rope. And before I knew it I was climbing a WWE turnbuckle, I had never done this before and I knew I couldn't because it was not high enough so I just kept climbing to the top of the steel cage and it was there I stood and looked at 21 thousand people screaming, camera men running around trying to get the best angle, the press flashing away, Jim Ross screaming his head off, Shane McMahon staring at me with amazement and Stone Cold and Nick in a stun of disbelief, I knew what Nick was thinking it was that I was going to do it and it was going to be good. So I stood at the top of the cage fans chanting my name and my heart froze I looked down at The Rock and he opened his eyes and winked at me as if to say that I should do it so it was then I launched myself up and forward all I saw was flashing of cameras I followed through with a moonsault and landed it perfect. I looked up and saw Shane and paramedics running to ringside, Stone Cold jumped on top of The Rock and pinned him he get the 1 2 3 and he was new WWE champion. By the time the Steel Cage had risen I was still on the floor but with one thing extra, a broken leg. Stone Cold was happy I was happy and so was Nick, Steve and Nick carried me back stage with a row of paramedics and Shane following so we left The Rock with a smile on our faces and a Bud in our hands and a packed full arena chanting C Z DUB.
